Thanks to captivating illustrations, plus the writing of JennaKay Francis, kids get to peek at a day-in-the-life of Jordi the fisherman. From morning yawn and a cute verse, to breakfast, storms at sea, catching fish, and a safe return to port, the reader feels the salt spray, as well as the stomach dropping moment when Jordi's lucky feather seems lost forever. Writing and illustrations mesh well together, making this book a pleasure to read.
